Speed & Coordination Workshop

In Speed & Coordination Workshop students will learn:

  • how to correctly warm-up and stretch before and after every training or competition
  • how to quickly start running from any position
  • how to quickly stop before an obstacle or unexpected situation
  • how to gain speed in short distances
  • how to obtain condition for running longer courses
  • how to maneuver your body precisely and quickly as possible through any agility course

 

Workshop takes up a total of 6 hours and is divided into 4 sections. 

In Section 1 students will learn:

  • how to warm-up before every training or competition
  • what is the right running form
  • how to quickly start running from any position
  • how to quickly stop before an obstacle or unexpected situation
  • how to stretch after every training or competition

In Section 2 students will learn:

  • how to gain speed in short distances

In Section 3 students will learn:

  • how to maneuver your body precisely and quickly as possible through any agility course

In Section 4 students will learn:

  • how to obtain condition for running longer courses
